Every supplier has to respect the timber sourcing policy of Conforama and must provide a full traceability of the timber used to make the goods delivered, from the forest up to the finished product.
EUTR Scope
This is applicable for solid wood but also to plywood, MDF, particle board.
Regulations have entered into force in Europe and Australia / New Zealand in 2013, so you must collect data from your own suppliers and provide them to our Technical Support Team before the shipment of the goods.
EUTR Audit
The EUTR audit performed by BlurRock or the third party SGS are an important part of the Conforama due diligence system and your factories will be audited once the business has started. You will find hereafter the checklist (english and chinese languages) which will be used by the auditor coming to your factory. This file allows you to prepare for this EUTR audit and to better understand the EUTR and Conforama requirements.
