Timber Sourcing Questionnaire
Any product or range made from Timber, Timber Veneer, Plywood, Particleboard or MDF must have this questionnaire filled in and submitted. You must provide supporting documents like Chain of Custody Certificates and purchase orders etc.

Suppliers must fill these in for each product selected by Freedom. These are used for detailed product information including material listing, dimensions and packing method
TS - Decoration and Other Products
Sample Test Report (STR)
Suppliers must fill these in for each range selected by Freedom. These are used to report on the samples and note any issues that need to be improved or fixed before production. Click Here for a copy of STR
Drop Test Report
This report must be completed to ensure that product meets drop-test requirements.
This is not required for sofa and other upholstery products
Pre-Shipment Inspection Form (PSI)
Each order the factory ships of any Freedom item must have a pre-shipment inspection report completed by the agent or factory QC team. If an order fails inspection, please notify Freedom immediately.
